Ingredients
For the base
400 grams Ginger biscuits, crushed (this should resemble beach sand)
100 grams Stork Butter Spread, melted
For the filling
2 slabs 70% Dark chocolate
1 slab Milk chocolate
250ml Fresh cream
1 tsp Stork Butter Spread
Step by step method
For the base
- Combine the base ingredients, mix well so that all the Stork Butter Spread is well combined with the biscuits.
- Press down into a greased tart tin. Flatten and press down with a glass, ensuring biscuit base goes up the side.
- Place in fridge to cool for approximately one hour.
For the filling
- Heat fresh cream on the stove, ensure that it comes to a gentle heat.
- Whilst cream is heating, break chocolate into smaller pieces and add to a bowl.
- Pour heated cream and Stork Butter Spread into your bowl with the chocolate. Mix until chocolate is melted.
- When all your chocolate is melted, add to your biscuit base. Allow to set in fridge overnight.
- Before serving, allow to rest outside the fridge for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
