Ingredients

For the base

400 grams Ginger biscuits, crushed (this should resemble beach sand)
100 grams Stork Butter Spread, melted

For the filling

2 slabs 70% Dark chocolate
1 slab Milk chocolate
250ml Fresh cream
1 tsp Stork Butter Spread

Step by step method

  1. For the base

  2. Combine the base ingredients, mix well so that all the Stork Butter Spread is well combined with the biscuits.
  3. Press down into a greased tart tin. Flatten and press down with a glass, ensuring biscuit base goes up the side.
  4. Place in fridge to cool for approximately one hour.
  5. For the filling

  6. Heat fresh cream on the stove, ensure that it comes to a gentle heat.
  7. Whilst cream is heating, break chocolate into smaller pieces and add to a bowl.
  8. Pour heated cream and Stork Butter Spread into your bowl with the chocolate. Mix until chocolate is melted.
  9. When all your chocolate is melted, add to your biscuit base. Allow to set in fridge overnight.
  10. Before serving, allow to rest outside the fridge for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
