Ingredients
Cupcake Ingredients
125g Stork Baking Margarine
170g castor sugar
200g flour
12.5ml baking powder
125ml milk
3 eggs
5ml vanilla essence
Icing Ingredients
1kg icing sugar
500g Stork Baking Margarine
3ml vanilla
1 Food colouring (optional)
1 Decorations (optional)
Step by step method
- Place all cupcake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat at a low speed for one minute.
- Spoon into paper cases in a cupcake tray and bake at 190°C for 15 - 18 minutes. Leave to cool while you make the icing.
- Beat all of the ingredients together and add colour and decorations if desired.
