Ingredients
Basil, Pepper and Oregano Spread
10 grams Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
10 grams Fresh basil. Finely chopped
3 grams Pink Peppercorns, crushed
2 grams Salt
200 grams Stork Country Spread – room temperature
Garlic, Chilli and Coriander Spread
15 grams Garlic, fresh, finely crushed
5 grams Dried chillies, finely chopped
10 grams Coriander, fresh, finely chopped
5 grams Paprika
2 grams Salt
200 grams Stork Country Spread – room temperature
Garlic and Cumin Spread
20 grams Garlic, fresh, crushed fine
5 grams Cumin seeds, toasted, finely chopped
2 grams Salt
200 grams Stork Country Spread – room temperature
Citrus Spread with Cinnamon Dusting
1 Orange, Zest (squeezed juice)
2 Lemons, zest (squeezed juice)
2 grams Salt
200 grams Stork Country Spread – room temperature
Cinnamon to dust
Step by step method
Basil, Pepper and Oregano Spread, Garlic, Chilli and Coriander Spread, Garlic and Cumin Spread
- Combine all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Allow to rest for 30 minutes for the flavours to marry.
- Spread on your favourite bread or toast.
Citrus Spread with Cinnamon Dusting
- In a pot over medium heat, boil the orange and lemon juice until reduced to 15ml.
- Combine all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Allow to rest for 30 minutes for the flavours to marry.
- Spread on your favourite bread or toast, and dust with cinnamon.
