Ingredients

Main Method

125g Stork Baking Margarine, softened
125g castor sugar
2 eggs, beaten
125g self-raising flour
30ml milk
125ml white chocolate chips
1 Cupcake cases

Icing Ingredients

225g icing sugar
15ml lemon juice
15ml warm water
1 Food colouring
1 100s & 1000s and sweets for decoration

Step by step method

  1. Beat the Stork Bake and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Fold in the flour using a metal spoon, then mix in the milk to make a smooth batter.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the mixture into paper cases to 3/4 full, and then bake at 190°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Place the icing sugar in a bowl.
  7. Add the lemon juice and water and mix until smooth.
  8. Add the colouring.
  9. Ice each cake and decorate with sweets and 100s & 1000s.
