225g Stork Baking Margarine
1 cup castor sugar
1 ½ cups coconut
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

Step by step method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Cream Stork Bake and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, shape into a roll and wrap in cling film or wax paper.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes or until firm enough to slice.
  6. Cut cookies and place on a greased baking tray.
  7. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
