Ingredients

Pine Cone Ingredients:

4 chocolate muffins
¼ cup Buttercream icing
1 box Coco Pops Chocos cereal
Icing sugar for dusting

Icing Ingredients:

1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups icing sugar
Cold Water or Milk (optional)

Step by step method

  1. Icing Method:

  2. 1. Place room temperature Stork White Baking Margarine in a stand mixer, then whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. 2. Add in the icing sugar and whisk until smoothly combined.
  4. 3. Add in the cold water/ milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
  5. 4. Portion out the icing and colour as needed.
  6. Pine Cone:

  7. 1. In a bowl, crumble the muffins with a fork and add the icing to create a sticky mixture.
  8. 2. Form 4 pine cone-shaped balls.
  9. 3. Insert the cereal pieces into the balls, with the pieces facing up, to resemble pine cones.
  10. 4. Step and repeat to cover the entire surface of the muffin.
  11. 5. Dust with icing sugarand serve.
