3 ½ cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup (250g) Stork Baking Margarine
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 pkt butterscotch instant pudding
Sprinkles (optional)

Step by step method

  1. Cream Stork Bake and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
  3. Stir in the instant pudding mix then gradually mix in the other dry ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  5. Bake at 190ºC for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
