Main Ingredient Group

250g Stork Baking Margarine, at room temperature
200g castor sugar
5ml vanilla essence
2 eggs
625ml cake flour
125ml cornflour
125ml custard powder
10ml baking powder
5ml salt
1 Water or milk if needed

Step by step method

  1. Beat the Stork Bake, castor sugar, vanilla and eggs together until light and creamy.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add to the egg mixture and mix to a smooth dough, adding a little water or milk if needed.
  4. Roll into small balls and press with a fork or shape with a biscuit press.
  5. Bake at 190°C for 10 - 15 minutes.
