3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups sugar
250g Stork Baking Margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
100's & 1000's / chocolate sprinkles, optional

Step by step method

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add Stork Bake, mixing in with a fork.
  3. Add unbeaten eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Roll out very thinly on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutters dipped in flour.
  5. Bake on a greased baking tray in a moderate oven at 180ºC for 8 minutes. You can decorate the tops with 100’s & 1000’s or chocolate sprinkles before baking.
  6. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
