Ingredients

50g desiccated coconut
100g Stork Baking Margarine, room temperature
20g cocoa
40g sugar
3g vanilla sugar
150g oats
10g cold water

Step by step method

  1. Sprinkle the coconut on a plate.
  2. Place the Stork Bake with the cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, oats and water in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or mixer.
  3. Once mixed well, roll the mixture into 24 balls.
  4. Roll them in the coconut and place them in a sealed container in the fridge.
