Peanut Butter Jam Tart with Stork Yellow Margarine

Ingredients
For the Pastry:
1 + 1/2 cups cake flour
100g cold Stork Yellow Margarine, cubed
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp ice water
For the Filling:
230g plain cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
Dash of vanilla essence
1 + 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
100g fresh cream
1/2 cup strawberry jam (or jam of your choice)
Optional:
Fresh berries and chocolate to top (I used blueberries, raspberries, and speckled eggs)
