Ingredients

Shortbread Ingredients

85g Stork Baking Margarine
175g flour
60g sugar

Topping Ingredients

120g Stork Baking Margarine
2 tbsp golden syrup
85g sugar
1/2 tin condensed milk

Additional Ingredients

Albany chocolate

Step by step method

  1. Rub Stork Bake into the flour, add the sugar and mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.
  2. Bake at 150ºC for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt ingredients together.
  4. Simmer for 7 minutes.
  5. Pour over the shortbread.
  6. When cool, melt Albany chocolate and spread over the top.
  7. Keep in the fridge.
