Shortbread Ingredients
85g Stork Baking Margarine
175g flour
60g sugar
Topping Ingredients
120g Stork Baking Margarine
2 tbsp golden syrup
85g sugar
1/2 tin condensed milk
Additional Ingredients
Albany chocolate
Step by step method
- Rub Stork Bake into the flour, add the sugar and mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.
- Bake at 150ºC for 30 minutes.
- Melt ingredients together.
- Simmer for 7 minutes.
- Pour over the shortbread.
- When cool, melt Albany chocolate and spread over the top.
- Keep in the fridge.
