1 x 397g tin condensed milk
250ml whipped cream
Juice of 4 large lemons
1 ½ pkts crushed Marie Biscuits
80ml melted Stork Baking Margarine

Step by step method
- Mix crushed biscuits and melted Stork Bake together and line the bottom of a pie dish with it.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and stir in the condensed milk, mixing well.
- Stir in the lemon juice, mix well and pour into the crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, keeps very well.
