250g Stork Baking Margarine
¾ cup sugar
225g condensed milk
3 cups flourÂ
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Coloured sugar crystals
Step by step method
- Cream Stork Bake, sugar and condensed milk very well. Add vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with the base of a glass. Make a small dent in the centre and sprinkle some coloured sugar crystals in the hollow.
- Bake at 190ºC for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden coloured.
