225g cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
225g Stork Baking Margarine
100g castor sugar
125g choc chips
60g walnuts, chopped

Step by step method

  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC.
  2. Sieve together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Cream Stork Bake and castor sugar till fluffy and white.
  4. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then the choc chips and nuts.
  5. Rest the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes then roll into walnut sized balls and place on a greased baking tray, 3cm apart.
  6. Flatten biscuits slightly and bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Keeps well for up to 2 weeks.
