Ingredients
Dough Ingredients
100g Stork Baking Margarine
200g flour
50ml milk
2tsp baking powder
50g sugar
150g drained cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
Filling Ingredients
1 large apple
Frosting Ingredients
140g icing sugar
A little milk
Step by step method
- Place Stork Bake into the saucepan and melt it together with milk.
- Pour the flour, baking powder and sugar into the bowl. Mix everything with the mixer, adding Stork Bake melted with milk.
- Put the dough on the floured table, add cottage cheese and knead to obtain the elastic mass.
- Roll out the dough, until it is a few millimeters thick and cut into squares with the side of 8 cm.
- Place a piece of an apple on each piece of cake, fold in half and stick together brushing with the beaten egg. Place your buns on the cake tin greased with Stork Bake, brush it with the rest of egg and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Mash the icing sugar with a little milk to obtain thick frosting. Brush the baked buns with frosting.
