4 eggs
120g sugar
140g dark chocolate
120g Stork Baking Margarine
70g flour
Pinch of cinnamon
Cocoa powder

Step by step method

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Melt the chocolate and Stork Bake margarine together.
  3. Pour over the egg mixture while beating.
  4. Fold in the flour and cinnamon.
  5. Place in the fridge overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180º - 200ºC.
  7. Brush dariole moulds or cups with melted Stork Bake margarine. Coat very well with sifted cocoa powder.Â
  8. Scoop fondant mix into moulds till 2/3 full.
  9. Bake at 180º - 200ºC for 10 minutes.
