225g cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
225g Stork Baking Margarine
100g castor sugar
125g choc chips
60g walnuts, chopped
Step by step method
- Preheat oven to 160ºC.
- Sieve together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cream Stork Bake and castor sugar till fluffy and white.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then the choc chips and nuts.
- Rest the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes then roll into walnut sized balls and place on a greased baking tray, 3cm apart.
- Flatten biscuits slightly and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Keeps well for up to 2 weeks.
