Ingredients
Cookie Ingredients
250g Stork Baking Margarine, softened
100g castor sugar
500ml cake flour
2ml salt
125ml cornflour
125ml milk
2 tsp grated orange rind
Filling Ingredients
50g Stork Baking Margarine, softened
250ml icing sugar
5ml grated orange rind
15ml orange juice
Step by step method
- Cream Stork Bake and sugar until light and fluffy, then add dry ingredients and orange rind.
- Add milk a little at a time until you have a stiff dough.
- Roll into balls and place on a greased baking tray or use a cookie press.
- Flatten the balls with a fork and bake for approximately 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC until light, golden brown.
- Remove and cool on a wire rack.
- Mix all ingredients well to form a creamy filling.
- Sandwich biscuits together with the orange cream icing and store in an airtight container.
