Ingredients

2 cups full cream milk
1 cinnamon stick
100g Stork Yellow Baking Margarine, cold and cubed
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
8–10 Marie biscuits, roughly crushed
Extra Stork for topping
Ground cinnamon (to serve)

Step by step method

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and cinnamon stick over medium heat until warm.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, rub together the flour, sugar, and cubed Stork Yellow Baking Margarine using your fingertips until it resembles rough breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Slowly whisk the flour mixture into the warm milk, stirring constantly until it thickens to a creamy, pudding-like texture.
  4. 4. Fold in the crushed Marie biscuits and let them soften gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with a generous dollop of melted Stork and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
