Ingredients
2 cups full cream milk
1 cinnamon stick
100g Stork Yellow Baking Margarine, cold and cubed
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
8–10 Marie biscuits, roughly crushed
Extra Stork for topping
Ground cinnamon (to serve)
Step by step method
- 1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and cinnamon stick over medium heat until warm.
- 2. In a separate bowl, rub together the flour, sugar, and cubed Stork Yellow Baking Margarine using your fingertips until it resembles rough breadcrumbs.
- 3. Slowly whisk the flour mixture into the warm milk, stirring constantly until it thickens to a creamy, pudding-like texture.
- 4. Fold in the crushed Marie biscuits and let them soften gently for 2–3 minutes.
- 5. Serve hot with a generous dollop of melted Stork and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
