Dough Ingredients:

125g Stork Baking Margarine
250g flour
80g sugar
1tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
1tsp baking powder

Topping Ingredients

160ml 30% cream
1tsp icing sugar
1 Forest fruit (raspberries, blueberries, wild strawberries)

Step by step method

  1. Mix the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Pour the flour into the bowl, add Stork Bake and one egg. Mix everything thoroughly .
  2. Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and leave for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Grease cupcake forms with Stork Bake and flour them.
  4. Roll the cooled dough out thinly and spread it into the forms. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes in 200°C. Before removing your cupcakes from the forms, cool them down slightly.
  5. Beat the cream with the icing sugar to stiff froth. Remove your cupcakes from the forms and add a teaspoon of cream into each of them.
  6. Wash and sort fruit, and arrange on the cream.
