Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
125g Stork Baking Margarine
250g flour
80g sugar
1tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
1tsp baking powder
Topping Ingredients
160ml 30% cream
1tsp icing sugar
1 Forest fruit (raspberries, blueberries, wild strawberries)
Step by step method
- Mix the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Pour the flour into the bowl, add Stork Bake and one egg. Mix everything thoroughly .
- Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and leave for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Grease cupcake forms with Stork Bake and flour them.
- Roll the cooled dough out thinly and spread it into the forms. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes in 200°C. Before removing your cupcakes from the forms, cool them down slightly.
- Beat the cream with the icing sugar to stiff froth. Remove your cupcakes from the forms and add a teaspoon of cream into each of them.
- Wash and sort fruit, and arrange on the cream.
