CHRISTMAS TREE PIZZA

Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups Warm water
1 packet Active yeast
1 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Stork Country Blend
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Topping Ingredients:
Tomato purée
Cheese, grated
Salami, sliced
Step by step method
- 1. In a bowl, combine the water, yeast and sugar and set aside for 5 minutes, or until foam forms.
- 2. Melt the Stork Country Blend and add the yeast mix.
- 3. Add the flour and salt and mix until a crumb like texture is formed.
- 4. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is not sticky and bounces back when poked.
- 5. Leave to rise (double in size), then knead out the air and roll to desired thickness - we recommend 10mm.
- 6. Use a cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes.
- 7. Spread tomato purée on the tree shapes, then top with cheese and salami.
- 8. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C, or until the cheese is melted and the dough is fully cooked.
- 9. Enjoy!
