500ml icing sugar, sifted
125ml cocoa, sifted
250ml Stork Baking Margarine, softened but not melted
1 egg, beaten
5ml vanilla essence
1 packet gingernut biscuits, broken into small pieces
Cocoa powder/icing sugar for decorating
Step by step method
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa together.
- Mix well with Stork Bake.
- Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add biscuit pieces and place in the fridge.
- Chill for 2 - 3 hours.
- When set, roll into balls and dust with cocoa or icing sugar.
