Cake Ingredients
225g Stork Baking Margarine
4 extra-large eggs, separated
15ml baking powder
500ml sugar
500ml flour
250ml water
150ml cocoa
125ml Milo
Icing Ingredients
250g Stork Baking Margarine
400g icing sugar, sifted
125ml cocoa
25ml milk
125ml Milo
Step by step method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cream the Stork Bake and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the egg yolks and beat well.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and water in two batches.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the cake mix.
- Pour into two greased cake tins and bake for 45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Beat the Stork Bake, cocoa and Milo until soft.
- Gradually beat in half the icing sugar and milk.
- Then beat in the remaining icing sugar.
