250g Stork Baking Margarine
¾ cup sugar
225g condensed milk
3 cups flourÂ
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Coloured sugar crystals

Step by step method

  1. Cream Stork Bake, sugar and condensed milk very well. Add vanilla.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with the base of a glass. Make a small dent in the centre and sprinkle some coloured sugar crystals in the hollow.
  4. Bake at 190ºC for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden coloured.
