250g (1 cup) Stork Bake Margarine
500g (2 cups) icing sugar, sifted
Food colouring

Step by step method

  1. Beat the Stork Bake Margarine until soft and as white as possible.
  2. Gradually beat in half the icing sugar and then beat in the remaining icing sugar.
  3. Once your icing is made, divide into bowls according to the amount of colours you need to decorate your cake.
  4. Add a little food colouring at a time and mix well with a spoon.
