Ingredients

Strawberry Santa:

12 Strawberries
6 TBSP Buttercream icing
24 Chocolate chips

Buttercream Icing:

1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups Icing sugar
Cold water or milk (optional)

Step by step method

  1. Buttercream Icing:

  2. 1. Place room temperature Stork White Baking Margarine in a stand mixer, then whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. 2. Add the icing sugar and whisk until smoothly combined.
  4. 3. Add a little cold water / milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
  5. 4. Set aside until you’re ready to assemble your strawberry santas.
  6. Strawberry Santa:

  7. 1. Cut the strawberries in half horizontally.
  8. 2. Place the halves with the cut sides facing inward, so the pointed end is facing upward (the top part facing down).
  9. 3. Pipe or place icing between the two halves, and add a small drop of icing to the tip of the strawberry to create the tuft on the top of the hat.
  10. 4. Place two chocolate chips on the icing to form the eyes.
  11. 5. Enjoy!
