PRETZEL REINDEER

Ingredients

Pretzel Reindeer:

4 halves Pretzel Sticks
4 Salted crackers
1 TBSP Stork Country Blend, melted
1 TBSP milk
1 Milk chocolate slab
4 halved Mini Marshmallows
8 Chocolate chips
4 Red Smarties
1 TBSP Buttercream Icing

Buttercream Icing:

1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups Icing sugar
Cold water or milk (optional)

Step by step method

  1. Buttercream Icing:

  2. 1. Place room temperature Stork White Baking Margarine in a stand mixer, then whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. 2. Add the icing sugar and whisk until smoothly combined.
  4. 3. Add a little cold water / milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
  5. 4. Set aside until you’re ready to assemble your pretzel reindeer.
  6. Pretzel Reindeer:

  7. 1. Melt the Stork Country Blend, milk and chocolate together in the microwave to temper it - this allows it to harden when cooled.
  8. 2. Let the kids dip each cracker in the chocolate up to halfway.
  9. 3. Then add the pretzel sticks to the top of each cracker to create antlers and add mini marshmallow halves to create eyes.
  10. 4. Let them stick chocolate chips to each marshmallow with icing to create eyes, then add on a Smartie to create a nose.
  11. 5. Serve and enjoy!
