Ingredients

Cocktail:

¼ cup Gin
1 can / 200ml Tonic or dry lemon
1 TBSP Simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Pinch of Blue Edible glitter
1 sprig Rosemary
Ice

Simple Syrup:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Step by step method

  1. Simple Syrup:

  2. 1. Place the sugar and water into a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. 2. Bring to a boil and ensure all the sugar has dissolved.
  4. 3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  5. Cocktail:

  6. 1. Choose your glass (preferably a tumbler).
  7. 2. Optional: For a fancy touch, you can rim the glass with a little sugar or salt by rubbing the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it into sugar or salt.
  8. 3. Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in the gin, tonic and simple syrup (if using).
  9. 4. Sprinkle a small pinch of edible glitter into the glass - if you'd like more of an impact, add more glitter.
  10. 5. Mix gently for a few seconds to disperse the glitter.
  11. 6. Add a sprig of rosemary to the glass.
  12. 7. To elevate your cocktail, fill glass with a little water and balance a sprig of rosemary in the glass, then place in the freezer to freeze.
  13. 8. Remove from the freezer and use instead of ice blocks.
  14. 9. Enjoy!
