4 eggs
120g sugar
140g dark chocolate
120g Stork Baking Margarine
70g flour
Pinch of cinnamon
Cocoa powder
Step by step method
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Melt the chocolate and Stork Bake margarine together.
- Pour over the egg mixture while beating.
- Fold in the flour and cinnamon.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180º - 200ºC.
- Brush dariole moulds or cups with melted Stork Bake margarine. Coat very well with sifted cocoa powder.Â
- Scoop fondant mix into moulds till 2/3 full.
- Bake at 180º - 200ºC for 10 minutes.
