Ingredients

1packet ginger biscuits
3tbsp Stork Baking Margarine, melted
1cup cream
200g cream cheese
1tin condensed milk
0.5cup lemon juice
12 martini glasses
1 Edible glitter dust
12 Sparklers
Step by step method
- Place biscuits in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Stir in the melted Stork Bake and put 1 – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) in the bottom of each martini glass. Place in the fridge until you are ready to fill again.
- Place cream, cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl and beat with an electric beater until it starts to thicken. Add in the lemon juice and beat again.
- Fill each of the martini glasses with the cream mixture and place in the fridge to set (at least 4 hours).
- When you are ready to serve, dust with glitter and put a sparkler in each and light.
- Serve immediately whilst still sparkling.
