Rice Krispie Celebration Cupcakes

Ingredients

Main Ingredient Group

3tbsp Stork Baking Margarine
285g marshmallows
6cups Kelloggs Rice Krispies
1 Melted chocolate (optional)
0.5cup chocolate spread
1cup cream, whipped
1 Sprinkles, cherries etc. to decorate

Step by step method

  1. Melt Stork Bake in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted then remove from the heat.
  3. Add Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
  4. Using a greased spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 12 - 15 cupcake papers.
  5. Mix the chocolate spread and cream together and use to top the cupcakes.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles, melted chocolate and a cherry if desired.
