500ml icing sugar, sifted
125ml cocoa, sifted
250ml Stork Baking Margarine, softened but not melted
1 egg, beaten
5ml vanilla essence
1 packet gingernut biscuits, broken into small pieces
Cocoa powder/icing sugar for decorating

Step by step method

  1. Sift icing sugar and cocoa together.
  2. Mix well with Stork Bake.
  3. Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Add biscuit pieces and place in the fridge.
  5. Chill for 2 - 3 hours.
  6. When set, roll into balls and dust with cocoa or icing sugar.
