Ingredients

250g Stork Baking Margarine
200g icing sugar
4 eggs
340g flour
1tbsp baking powder
2 lemons
Step by step method
- Clean lemons, wipe them dry and then peel them and squeeze out the juice.
- Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Mash soft Stork Bake thoroughly with icing sugar. Mix the flour with baking powder.
- Keep mashing and add egg yolks separately. Next, add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together.
- Add zest, lemon juice and the rest of flour. Mix again.
- Finally, add stiff froth and gently stir with a tablespoon.
- Put the dough in an oblong fruit cake form measuring 10 x 30 cm and covered with the baking paper. Bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C.
