Ingredients:

  • 200ml Sparkling water
  • 1 tsp Rose water
  • 2 tsp Honey or agave syrup
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Ice
  • Edible rose petals (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a shaker, mix rose water, honey and cardamom with a splash of sparkling water.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of edible rose petals.

2. Sparkling Citrus Sunset
A vibrant, refreshing drink that’s as beautiful as a sunset on New Year’s Eve.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Orange juice
  • 50ml Cranberry juice
  • 100ml Sparkling water or soda water
  • Orange slices and fresh cranberries (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the orange juice, followed by cranberry juice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a few fresh cranberries.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Hibiscus tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 50ml Pomegranate juice

  • 100ml Mango juice
  • 50ml Passionfruit pulp
  • 50ml Ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
  • Ice
