Ingredients

300g Cottage cheese
3 Eggs
160g Rolled oats
1 cup Raisins
1 TBSP Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon

Step by step method

  1. 1. In a food processor, add the wet ingredients first: cottage cheese and eggs, then blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Next add the dry ingredients: oats, raisins, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Pulse a few times, just to roughly chop ingredients - don't make it smooth.
  4. 4. Add baking paper to a lined tin (20cm x 10cm) and pour the mix in it.
  5. 5. Add extra oats as a topping.
  6. 6. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve warm with Stork Country Blend for spreading. Enjoy!
