MARSHMALLOW BEAR ICED CHOC

Ingredients
Iced Chocolate:
4 tsp Hot chocolate
1 cup milk
Handful Ice cubes
2 large Marshmallows
Marshamallow Bear:
1 whole Marshmallow
3 mini marshmallows
3 Chocolate chips
1 TBSP Buttercream icing
Whipped cream to garnish
Butter Cream Icing:
1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups Icing sugar
Cold water or milk (optional)
Food colouring of your choice (optional)
Step by step method
Buttercream Icing:
- 1. Place room temperature Stork White Baking Margarine in a stand mixer, then whisk until light and fluffy.
- 2. Add the icing sugar and whisk until smoothly combined.
- 3. Add a little cold water / milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
- 4. Set aside until you’re ready to assemble your marshmallow bear.
Marshmallow Bear:
- 1. Cut large marshmallow into halves, then attach one of the mini marshmallows to a half with icing to create the bear's snout.
- 2. Attach a chocolate chip to the mini marshmallow with icing to create the bear's nose, then repeat to create the bear's eyes.
- 3. Attach 2 mini marshmallows to the top of the large marshmallow with icing to create the bear's ears.
Iced Chocolate:
- 1. Blend hot chocolate, milk and ice in a blender until smooth.
- 2. Pour into a glass, then top with whipped cream.
- 3. Place the marshmallow bear on top of the whipped cream and enjoy!
