CAMEMBERT & ROSEMARY WREATH

Ingredients
1 Camembert
1 sprig Rosemary (long or two smaller sprigs)
Handful Pomegranate rubies
Step by step method
- 1. Place camembert in an oven proof dish which just fits the camembert.
- 2. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C or until the cheese is gooey inside.
- 3. Wrap the rosemary around the camembert in the dish (to resemble a wreath).
- 4. Add some pomegranate rubies to the top of the camembert.
- 5. Serve with crackers. Enjoy.
