CAMEMBERT & ROSEMARY WREATH

Ingredients

1 Camembert
1 sprig Rosemary (long or two smaller sprigs)
Handful Pomegranate rubies

Step by step method

  1. 1. Place camembert in an oven proof dish which just fits the camembert.
  2. 2. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C or until the cheese is gooey inside.
  3. 3. Wrap the rosemary around the camembert in the dish (to resemble a wreath).
  4. 4. Add some pomegranate rubies to the top of the camembert.
  5. 5. Serve with crackers. Enjoy.
