Ingredients
1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups icing sugar
Cold water or milk (optional)
Food colouring of your choice (optional)
Step by step method
- 1. Ensure Stork White Baking Margarine is at room temperature.
- 2. Place in a stand mixer, whisk until light and fluffy.
- 3. Add in the icing sugar and whisk until combined, smooth and fluffy.
- 4. Add in the cold water/ milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
- 5. Portion out the icing and colour as needed.
