Ingredients

1 cup Stork White Baking Margarine
2 cups icing sugar
Cold water or milk (optional)
Food colouring of your choice (optional)

Step by step method

  1. 1. Ensure Stork White Baking Margarine is at room temperature.
  2. 2. Place in a stand mixer, whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add in the icing sugar and whisk until combined, smooth and fluffy.
  4. 4. Add in the cold water/ milk if you want to thin the icing and whisk until the desired texture is reached.
  5. 5. Portion out the icing and colour as needed.
