In addition to a huge selection of all sorts of colorful toppings, fondant, ready-made decorations in the form of flowers, animals – you can make anything from sugar – there are also a number of accessories available to help you conjure up truly beautiful and unique decorations or cookies
    a) a confectionery sleeve – disposable or reusable confectionery bags used to decorate cakes or stuffing e.g. cream puffs. Sleeves made ??of foil (usually disposable) are multi-layered, smooth from the inside to make the movement of the mass easier, rough from the outside to make it easier to hold. Sleeves are also ideal for the formation of meringues and cookies.
     b) pens – natural (sugar), gel pens used to decorate cakes and tortes. Briefly immerse them in hot water or heat in your hands to make it easier to spread on the cake.
     c) a syringe – ideal for fine chocolate decorations. Just dip the tip of the syringe in chocolate, suck it up and decorate. 
     d) little curlpapers – paper rosettes, perfect for muffins, tarts and cookies. Available in different colors.
