Ingredients

Potato Ingredients:

700g baby potatoes
Salt Pepper

Garlic Butter Ingredients:

½ cup Stork Country Blend
3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
4 Rosemary sprigs, chopped

Step by step method

  1. 1. Mince the garlic finely, so it blends into the Stork Country Blend smoothly - if you want a smoother texture, you can use a garlic press.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the Stork Country Blend with the minced garlic and chopped rosemary - use a spoon or spatula to mix everything together until it’s well incorporated.
  3. 3. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water, until soft.
  4. 4. Once cooked, drain the water, then add the garlic butter.
  5. 5. Toss until potatoes are covered.
  6. 6. Enjoy.
